Babolat warranty Policy
Duration:
- The warranty period for all Babolat products, except shoes, is one year from the date of purchase.
- The warranty period for Babolat shoes is six months from the date of purchase.
Claim Process:
- Warranty claims must be initiated and processed through an authorized Babolat dealer.
- Babolat does not directly accept warranty claims from consumers, except in cases where the consumer made an online purchase at babolat.ca.
Terms and Conditions:
- To qualify for warranty coverage, the product must be purchased from an authorized Babolat dealer.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues only. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
- Babolat reserves the right to repair or replace the product at its discretion.
- The warranty does not cover any consequential or incidental damages.
- Babolat reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the specified terms and conditions.
Exclusions:
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from alterations, modifications, or repairs made by unauthorized persons or entities.
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper storage, exposure to extreme conditions, or accidents.
- Babolat reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage for products that show signs of abuse or misuse.
