For orders placed on or after April 2, 2025.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging (see below for item-specific condition requirements).
- Final Sale Items: All discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return, even if unused:
- Balls
- Strings
- Final sale items - Returns are accepted, but exchanges are no longer offered. If you would like a different item or size, please place a new order separately.
Return Process
- To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm whether your item meets our return eligibility before proceeding.
- If your return is approved, we will provide a return label. A flat fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.
- You may also choose to use your own shipping method. In that case, you are fully responsible for the package and must provide a tracking number. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
- Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets all return conditions, your refund will be issued.
- Refunds are typically processed within 2–7 business days after the inspection.
Restocking Fees
If the item is not returned in original condition, the following restocking fees may apply:

20% fee if original packaging is missing or damaged.
Ex: Shipping shoes without a protective box, original packaging issues (missing or damaged plastic cover, bubble wrap, etc.) -
50% fee if the product itself is used, damaged, or no longer in re-sellable condition.
Ex: Removing the grip wrap — even without using the racket — is considered use. Trying shoes on outdoors or on court counts as use. Items returned with detached tags or signs of wear (deodorant, sweat, odors, pet hair, etc.) are considered used.
Free Shipping Adjustment
If your original order qualified for free shipping (total over $99), and your return causes the total value of the items you keep to fall below $99, the original shipping cost of $15 will also be deducted from your refund. This includes cases where you return your entire order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will cover all shipping costs related to the return and replacement.
- A replacement will be shipped, or a full refund will be issued if the item is no longer in stock.
Return Checklist by Product Type
Racquets
- Must be unused, with no signs of wear (bumper guards, butt caps, etc.).
- Must include grip packaging and header card, both fully intact.
- Must be returned with all original packaging, including the plastic cover and bubble wrap with barcode/code.
Shoes
- Must be completely unworn — no marks, dirt, creases, or signs of use.
- Must be returned in the original shoebox, with all original tags and inserts included.
- The shoebox must be placed inside a second box for shipping to avoid damage.
Clothing, Bags, and Strings
- Must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Original tags must be attached — not just included separately.
- Must be returned in the original packaging (e.g., branded bag, plastic cover, wrapper).
