Refund policy
This applies to orders placed on or after April 11, 2026.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be dropped off at a Canada Post location within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging (see below for item-specific condition requirements).
- Items not returned in original condition may be subject to a restocking fee.
- We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please place a new order separately.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, even if unused:
- Balls
- Strings
- Rackets that have been strung
* Discounted items are eligible for store credit only and cannot be refunded.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will cover all shipping costs.
- A replacement will be sent, or a full refund will be issued if the item is no longer available.
Return Process
To begin a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility before anything is shipped back.
Once approved, you have two options for return shipping:
- We provide a label: a flat fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund.
- You ship it yourself: You are fully responsible for the package and must provide a tracking number. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 2–7 business days. We'll notify you by email once it's been issued.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit if the item is not returned in its original condition.
- 20% fee — Original packaging is missing or damaged (e.g., no protective box for shoes, damaged plastic cover or bubble wrap).
- 50% fee — The product itself is used, damaged, or no longer resellable.
What counts as "used"?
- Removing the grip wrap on a racket (even if never played with)
- Trying shoes on outdoors or on court
- Tags detached or missing
- Visible signs of wear: odors, sweat, pet hair, deodorant marks, dirt
Return Checklist by Product Type
Before sending your item back, make sure it meets the conditions below. Items that don't meet these requirements may be subject to a restocking fee.
Rackets
- Unused, with no signs of wear (bumper guards, butt caps, etc.)
- Grip packaging and header card fully intact
- All original packaging included: plastic cover and bubble wrap with barcode/code
Shoes
- Completely unworn, no marks, dirt, creases, or signs of use.
- Returned in the original shoebox, with all original tags and inserts included.
- The shoebox must be placed inside a separate shipping box to avoid damage
Clothing, bags and accessories
- Unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Original tags must be attached (not just included loosely).
- Returned in the original packaging (branded bag, plastic cover, wrapper, etc.).
