Processing Times
Orders will be processed the following business day. Please note that we are closed on holidays, and order processing will be delayed during these times.

Special Shipping – Ball Cases

  • A flat shipping fee of $25 applies to any order containing one or more ball cases, regardless of order value.
  • For express shipping options on ball cases, please contact us before placing your order.

Carriers and Shipping Fees
We use multiple shipping companies (Canpar, Purolator, UPS, etc. ) Shipping fees are as follows: 

  • Standard Shipping
    • Orders under $99: $15
    • Orders over $99: Free shipping
  • Express Ground Shipping:
    • Alberta and British Columbia: $30
    • Eastern Canada: $30
  • Express Air Shipping:
    • Alberta: $50
    • British Columbia: $60

Shipping fees apply before tax.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Western Canada and Territories: 7 to 12 business days
    • Eastern Canada: 1 to 4 business days

  • Express Ground Shipping:
    • Western Canada: 3 to 5 business days
    • Eastern Canada: 1 to 3 business days

  • Express Air Shipping:
    • Western Canada: 1 to 2 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping conditions.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent via email the morning after your order ships. You can also check tracking information in your customer account. Please monitor the tracking updates carefully, as the carrier may leave a note for you to pick up the package from their office. Please retrieve your package promptly, as there may be a limited window to do so.

Delivery Issues
For any delivery issues (e.g., lost package, delays), please contact us promptly by email. All delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date. If the carrier has proof of delivery, we are unable to accept claims. For damaged packages, please provide photos and any relevant information. If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, any additional delivery fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or customer absence, we will contact you to update the shipping address. A reshipping fee will be required before we send the item again. The reshipping fee must be paid before the item can be dispatched.

Special Requests
We are unable to accommodate special delivery requests at this time.

International Shipping
Please note that Babolat.ca currently only delivers within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
